What we collect

When you request a free estimate or purchase a report, we collect what's needed to do the work: your name and contact information, details about your vehicle and accident (year, make, model, mileage, damage description, state), and documents you upload, such as your repair invoice. To reveal and email a qualifying estimate, we collect your email address, questionnaire answers, and estimated range. We record the follow-up notice displayed on the form and your submission time. We do not record this as a separate marketing opt-in.

How we use it

To produce your diminished value appraisal and demand letter, to communicate with you about your order, and to send you the estimate you requested. Bryan may also email you about your estimate and ordering an appraisal. You can unsubscribe from follow-up emails at any time. We may also ask how you found us — that helps us understand which channels work. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it except with the service providers below who are needed to run the business.

Estimate delivery and lead records

Cloudflare processes the estimate form and Resend delivers the requested estimate. A separate lead record, including your email, questionnaire answers, and the follow-up notice shown to you, is sent to our business email inbox so we can keep track of your request.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general interaction patterns). These tools use cookies and similar technologies. Clarity may record anonymized session interactions to help us improve the site. You can block cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to order a report.

Retention

We keep your claim documents and report as long as reasonably needed to support your claim — insurers sometimes respond months later, and you may need us to reference your file. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

You can stop follow-up emails at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to an email or emailing [email protected]. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
